We arrive after the Reception has closed, how can we collect the keys?
The Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., please inform us of your arrival time. In the event of a late arrival, we will send an e-mail, with the hotel plan to help you to find your room, your key will be deposed in your pavilion on the desk, the exterior light on.
At what time can we take possession of our rental?
In principle, access to rentals is from 5 p.m. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to allow you access as soon as possible.
We leave very early in the morning, how do we get the keys?
In case of departure before 8:00 a.m., you are asked to report it to Reception and settle your bill the day before before 8:00 p.m. When checking out, you can leave your key inside the room.
At what time must we vacate the rental or the room on the day of departure?
The departure time is 10 a.m. However, do not hesitate to ask us if you would like to leave later, we will do what is necessary to be pleasant to you.
From what age must we pay the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is to be paid for all persons over 13 years old.
Is the final cleaning compulsory?
Indeed, the final cleaning is obligatory when you opt for a Residence formula. Its price is 50 € for a Type A pavilion, and 65 € for a Type B pavilion.
Are household linen provided?
Yes, the beds are made on arrival, and you have linen replacement kits in the wardrobes.
Is there a change of sheets and towels during the stay?
In hotel formula, changes are made every day. In Residence formula, they are made on demand generating a supplement. On the other hand, the replacement kits provided in the rentals allow you to change the sheets once a week and the towels twice a week.
Are there washing machines?
Yes, we have a laundromat with coin-operated machines. You can buy tokens at Reception for laundry, washing and drying.
Which supermarkets are open on Sunday?
The Leclerc shopping center in the morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the Spar store in Folelli.
Are there shuttles to go to the town of Folelli?
Yes, we have a shuttle for € 2 round trip (departure from the hotel at 9:30 am with a return at 11:30 am).
For bus schedules from Folelli to Bastia, ask at reception.
What are the timetables for the train from Corsica?

What are the means of transport between Bastia Poretta airport and Hotel San Pellegrino?
Taxis.
Can we book a taxi for the excursions?

Yes, we have rooms and rentals accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are animals accepted?
Yes, our establishment accepts animals.
The supplement is € 15 per animal per day.
A veterinarian is present in Folelli.
Are barbecues allowed?
No, they are not.
Do you have equipment for babies?
Yes, on request and depending on availability: Baby cots, Baths, Bottle warmer and High chairs free.
Are garbage bags and toilet paper provided?
In hotel formula yes. In residence formula you will have a quantity of each upon arrival, the following ones will be at your expense.
Is the beach equipped?
Yes, deckchairs and parasols on the sand for a fee from June 15th to September 15th. They are free on the hotel lawn.
The beach is a state property (Domaine Maritime).
We arrive with two cars, how do we do?
There is no problem, our establishment has free parking.
We have a trailer, how do we do it?
As stated, the hotel has free parking. Just be sure to point this out for the location of the room.
